Géraldine has practiced for more than 15 years in international law firms in financing, projects and M&A transactions.
After obtaining an MBA in 2017, Géraldine left the independent practice of law for a while to head the International Legal Department of the SAUR Group during three years, in order to better understand the strategic and operational issues of companies, as well as the risks to be mastered in growth operations, commercial contracts, JVs and partnerships, in the context of domestic and cross border transactions. |
