Julia advises industrial groups, investment funds, managers and investors in the context of merger, sales and acquisitions, private equity transactions, management packages and intra-group restructurings.
Julia has developed a strong expertise in M&A and private equity for more than 15 years in both domestic and cross-border transactions in leading international law firms. Prior to founding Belay Avocats, Julia worked at DLA Piper as Counsel.
